Terms
Effective date: October 19, 2026
These Terms govern your use of restaurantinfluence.com (the "Site"), operated by Avery Rinn, a Texas sole proprietor doing business as RestaurantInfluence ("RestaurantInfluence," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Applying is not a contract for services
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to anything. If we work together, our services, fees, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
How our services work
We help restaurants find, vet, book, and track visits from independent food creators. Creators are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. They decide what they create and say, within what was agreed for each visit. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, your restaurant provides any comped meals, and if you choose to work with a creator who charges a fee, you pay that creator directly.
We ask creators to follow the law and platform rules on disclosing sponsored or comped content, including the FTC Endorsement Guides. Each creator is responsible for their own disclosures.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to book good creators and confirm their posts, but we can't control social media platforms, creator audiences, or how people respond to content. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, followers, visits, reservations, or sales.

You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
